During day 3 of the Balkan’s Campaign we completed 6 missions. 3 out of 6 missions resulted in loss of airframes. We had 3 successful missions, 2 failures, and one partial success. Day 3 was more challenging to the 669VFS. We are working now to schedule more SEAD and DEAD to remove enemy air defense and clear the way for more strikes. 669VFS will continue on Day 4 at 0630.
