Baltics has lots of lag.

For conduct becoming of recognition during TE-18 of Exercise Achilles Heel Grinnelli is hereby awarded the Air Medal for his work in the recovery of an aircraft low on fuel. 100 lbs of fuel remaining.
For conduct becoming of recognition during TE-18 of Exercise Achilles Heel Spins and TheDude are hereby awarded the Airman’s Medal for their work in assisting Grinnelli in the recovery of an aircraft and the continuation of the planned mission.

Lesson Learnt

  1. Create plan for rejoin

Work out SOP for Element to rejoin with Flight lead after take off to conserve fuel.

  1. Discipline

Long duration formation flights take a lot of discipline and need to be routinely practiced.
