NOTES
A recruit is a new member to the wing. The first assignment of a recruit is the 616th Training Squadron. They will have 45 days to complete required training to become an operator. Recruits will be selected in classes. An Operator is cleared to operate within an operation. Their main responsibility is to follow the orders given to them by senior members. An Operator First Class (OFC) has shown promise and be responsible for executing the orders given to them by all senior command members. Senior Operators (SO) are tasked with running Fire Teams in ARMA and Flight leads in DCS/BMS. SO’s are expected to be able to communicate orders, delegate, and determine the correct tactics required to complete the mission assigned. Officers are responsible for running ops. They will have the authority and ability to create missions and command the mission for any game. They will follow instructions from FO’s to ensure their missions are within spec and campaign canon. In ARMA the operation’s Officer will determine the mission structure (Fire Teams or Battle Buddies). This officer will determine assignments. In DCS/BMS the officer will be responsible for Fragging the flight and assigning pilots to their flight and slot. In BMS Officers will be the Package Lead and will select appropriate Senior Operators to be Flight Lead’s and #3’s. There will be one First Officer (FO) per squadron/game. The FO is responsible for the SOP’s, training, and campaign mission creation for that squad/game. FO’s will coordinate their activities with the XO & CO. They will be responsible for the overall campaign and story for their squad. FO’s will select Officers to lead ops.
The Executive Office (XO) is responsible for the day to day operation of the wing.
The Commanding Officer (CO) is responsible for the overall direction and vision of the wing.
