Updates for Liberation operations. We have gone and matched open op dates with potential targets and have also tone down the number of objectives per op night from recent experience. Phase 3/4 will be rest of year with Phase 5 being Q1 2024 and Phase 6 Q3 2024. Goal is to finish campaign end of 2024.
